We All May Say What Can I Do to Help Achieve Justice For Disabled Veterans and Ex Service Members, How Can I Help to Get A Fair System of Entitlements and Compensation in Place? We All Say I Don't Have Any Influence in the Veteran and ex Service Community, I don't Have Any Leadership Role in any ESO, I Am Just a Little Guy Who Doesn't Have Any Influence Anywhere.....and on and on We Can Go. It Is Easy to Throw Our Arms in the Air and Give Up and Hope Somebody Else Will Be Able To Stand Up For Us.The Good News is There is Much We Can Do...And Together We Can All Move Mountains. If We All Do "Something" Then All The Small Bits Add up to a Big Bit and Big Results.

Playing The Same Song Together In Tune We Will Get The Audience To Take Notice.

Write to, Email, Fax or Phone Your Local Politician. Make Sure You Tell Them You Want a Reply to Your Communication Within a Designated Time Frame. If You Don't Receive a Reply Send the Communication Again. If You Use Email or Fax Give Your Surface Mail Address....Some Politicians are Shy of Emails and Faxes and will Only Reply via Surface Mail .

Be Firm Fair Honest and Use Accurate Data....But Don't be Abusive or Threatening. Be Assertive but not Aggressive! Ask the Hard Questions, Demand Answers and Don't Take NO for an Answer!

Write Letters to the Editor to Your Local Newspaper or State and National Papers and Keep Writing Them So That The Public Becomes Educated About the True Plight of our Veterans and ex Service Members. Give Them the Facts!

If You Feel ESOs are the Way to Go...Join an ESO and Attend Meetings and Ask the Hard Questions and Demand Answers! Don't Take No for an Answer. It Takes Courage to Stand Up and be Counted. But You Sleep Soundly with a Clear Conscience When You Do.The Important Thing to do is Get to Meetings and Don't be Intimidated ...Don't Become Just One of the Crowd. Stand Out From the Crowd and Be Heard.
